Samuel was born and raised in Kampala, Uganda where he spent 18 years of his life before relocating to the US in 2018 to pursue a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering which he completed in May 2021. After college, Samuel worked with American Electric Power (AEP) in Tulsa as an associate engineer. 

During his free time, Samuel organized cookouts and different hangouts for international students in his apartment. He was awakened by the Lord one day with an instruction to expand and reach out to the needs of international students in the city and around the nation. 

Samuel is currently an electrical engineer II with Patrick engineering where he uses his skills to perform power system studies for different clients. He has also been serving with the media department at Victory Church in Tulsa since 2019. Samuel currently lives in Tulsa with two of his brothers, Timothy and Isaac.
